Our items are American made and shipped from America. When you buy from us, you are receiving jewelry handcrafted by a professionally trained artist living in the United States, and NOT mass produced foreign goods. Feel free to message us with any questions and make sure you check out our other listings for more great jewelry!
Please keep in mind that monitors vary in size and color, so item color or size may vary slightly from picture. Diameter measurement is an approximation, and can vary a slight bit. Our items are made by hand, so we strive to make our listing accurate and realistic. These are just standard things that apply to most listings online, but we like to mention them. While most items have the same handling time as listed, some items may have longer handling time than listed due to the need to special order materials. Please inquire about handling time before purchasing if receiving your item quickly is very important to you.
Policies
Payment
Payment is due when your purchase is made. Because we begin manufacturing your item as soon as we receive the order, cancellations are not possible once an order has been made.
Shipping
We ship 1st class package rate usually within 1-16 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving cleared payment, but occasionally items take longer to make. If you are interested in knowing how long your item will take to ship, please contact us. Please keep in mind that we cannot control how long USPS takes to deliver your item, as it is out of our hands once we ship your item. Your item is securely wrapped for transit, and US shipments include tracking. Some items may come with signature delivery added as an extra measure to make sure your package is not lost. WW Design, LLC cannot refund or replace misdelivered items or items that are marked as delivered or are stolen or lost in transit. If insurance is not requested during checkout and paid for, customer assumes the risk of the item not being received due to it being lost, stolen or misdelivered.
For shipments outside of the United States, please be aware that you may be subject to custom fees, duties and/or taxes imposed by your country. This store (WW Design, LLC) is not responsible for paying these fees and buyers should educate themselves about any additional costs that they are responsible for due to purchasing international items.

COVID19 UPDATE FROM USPS:
Priority Mail Express International guarantee suspended to certain countries
Due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined to China, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. These suspensions will be in effect until further notice. The Postal Service is taking all reasonable measures to minimize impact to our customers.

Please keep in mind that USPS is still experiencing delays due to Covid (both increased shopping combined with being understaffed) and items have had delays in initial scans as well as shipping times due to this. Some items are even traveling to other states before being scanned for the first time, so tracking info can be unreliable and spotty right now.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to sanitary reasons, refunds and exchanges are not allowed, even if the item is unopened. All sales are final and as-is. Please make sure you have selected the correct size, gauge, material, color, etc. before purchasing. Please be aware of any metal allergies you may have before purchasing (we are happy to try to help you figure out what metals will work with your skin - so please contact us if you are unsure). We are always available to answer questions before purchase as to help make returns not necessary.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you have requested, via email, a certain adjustment or special request, please make sure to add a "buyer's note" when completing checkout to ensure your item is shipped as you'd like it. You will be contacted if there is an additional fee associated with your request.
Some general notes about purchasing: This is obvious to most people and applies to any place you shop online, but we like to include this info, just in case :) Please allow 24-72 business day hours for a response when sending an email to us. We try our best to answer emails within a few hours, but occasionally this is not possible. When selecting jewelry, please keep in mind any metal allergies the intended wearer may have, as we are not responsible and cannot control any allergic reactions the wearer may have as a result of metal allergies.
Please also make sure you are selecting the correct size item that will fit you (hoops are quoted in approximate INSIDE diameter - these are measured carefully while being made, but can vary by a few mm, but it's not likely. If you have very specific needs for size, please let us know and we'll be sure to make your item as close to the measurement you desire as possible. Every item is a little different due to the items being made by hand, but the photo on the website is a very very good indication of what the item will look like. If you have any questions about sizing, please make sure to inquire about this via email. Most hoops need to be bent to put them on, this means that the item can lose it's shape if not bent the correct way when put on (it opens in a spiral direction - instructions are included), so it is important to follow the instructions on how to put the hoop in correctly and you'll be able to enjoy your item for a long time. Please note that Captive Bead Rings the bead is not attached to the ring and is removable - which is where the captive bead ring gets it's name. The bead is held captive between the two ends of the hoop. Sometimes the bead is very tight, and sometimes it is left a little bit looser because of the size of the bead and the stiffness of the hoop - for ease of removing the bead because there is no risk of it falling out like that. Please also note that some larger gauges of hoops (captive bead rings, plain hoops, etc.) may be difficult to open by hand (mostly 14 gauge and thicker, 12, 10 gauge, etc., but sometimes also 16 gauge if the diameter is small enough) so it may be necessary to have the hoop installed by a piercer. The piercer may charge a fee. This is usually not necessary, but if ordering a small diameter (smaller than 11mm, or 7/16 inch) and a large gauge (16 or thicker) the probability of needing someone to install your hoop for you rises proportionally. Please note that our jewelry is meant for healed and healthy piercings. Not all people will be able to wear all styles and precious metals that we sell. Some styles may be best when only worn on occasion and some may be left in for longer periods of time, depending on your piercing and your skin sensitivity. Please consult a piercing professional in your area to see what styles and/or precious metal will work with your piercings. We are not responsible and have no way of predicting what jewelry will work with your piercings. 24k and platinum are known to be the most hypoallergenic choices for most people, however everyone is different. Anything lower than 24k gold is made using a mixture of gold and other alloys. These other alloys can vary from store to store, so for example, a 14k gold piece of jewelry you purchased from one store may not have the same metal alloys as a 14k gold piece of jewelry you purchase from another store. Usually 14k gold consists of 14 parts gold and 10 parts metal alloys. Similarly, 18k gold consists of 18 parts gold, 10 parts metal alloys. 10k gold consists of 10 parts gold, 14 parts metal alloys. 22k gold contains 22 parts gold, and 2 parts metal alloys. Yellow gold and rose gold's alloys are usually (but not always) silver, copper and zinc (zinc is usually only in 10k and 14k gold). Platinum may either be 100% platinum or 95% platinum and 5% ruthenium (added for strength). Please contact us for exact metal compositions if interested. Handmade items are not required to be marked with the karat/metal stamping. Items are usually not marked with the karat or metal unless requested to do so because it can deform the item, or depending on the item and the gauge, some items are too small to mark or for piercings it is a spot for bacteria to accumulate. 24k and fine silver are soft metals usually and may be more fragile due to this. This also applies to 22k, but it is a bit firmer, but still soft. 10k is harder than 14k gold. Tarnishing is a natural process for silver (sterling silver or fine silver) and is possible for any piece of silver jewelry purchased. It is possible for any precious metal to tarnish, even gold. This can be caused/accelerated by the wearer's skin chemistry/sweat, products applied (lotion, perfume, etc), etc. These are normal processes.
Please note that all colored diamonds offered on this website (unless otherwise stated) excluding cognac, light brown, champagne and white, are treated (heated and/or irradiated, etc.) in order to create their color. They are genuine real diamonds, but are not naturally colored. Only white, cognac, champagne and light brown colored diamonds are naturally colored and untreated. All other colors offered are treated to create their color. The untreated version of these diamond colors such as pink, blue, and green, for example, would be thousands of dollars more because they are very rare. Most colored diamonds in the marketplace are treated for that reason.
Please also note that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur once the package is dropped in the mail. Occasionally, shipping delays may occur, and we have no control over this. Estimated handling times may vary, and can be up to 2 weeks. This is quoted in business days (Monday-Friday), though we often ship sooner than the quoted handling time. If it is very important for you to get your item sooner, please inquire before purchasing, and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your request. While most items have the same handling time as the one listed, some items may have a longer handling time than what is listed due to the need to special order materials (this is rare, though). Please inquire about handling time before purchasing if receiving your item by a certain day is very important to you. We do not include insurance unless the customer asks and pays for it.
